Test Manager (Permanent) East Sussex coast
Has overall responsibility for setting the test strategy, implementing the testing governance and process frameworks and leading the Testing Team, comprising SIT and UAT. Critical accountability for the testing framework and success of the testing phases of our key strategic programmes and all projects.
Expert in business process improvement, software testing and of all testing events throughout the development lifecycle
Skilful communicator with excellent ability to build relationships at all levels and communicate well with a wide range of Stakeholders, internal client groups and employees
Has a comprehensive knowledge of testing activities and techniques and is able to manage the testing within complex IT projects
Comprehensive knowledge in the development and application of Quality Assurance Techniques
Demonstrable experience of managing a Testing function
Supplier management experience (both on shore and off shore desirable)
Experience managing resources that includes both internal and externally sourced Testers
Testing Strategy development and delivery
All aspects of testing processes across multiple development methodologies
Business process improvement techniques
Project management principles, methods and techniques
Business Analysis techniques
Modern development techniques, especially Agile Development, Waterfall, Scrumfall
Commercial acumen
Business Analysis methods
Application Development methods and techniques
