Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality Engineer. £40k - £45k + Benefits.

Ref: M3941. Southampton / Portsmouth / Hampshire. Relocation available.

     An opportunity to join an expanding UK manufacturer working with R&D and then the development of new technology. You will have a proven track record of achievement within Quality Engineering and ideally have experience of working closely with suppliers and their development. It would be great to see relevant qualifications and experience in engineering / manufacturing disciplines.

    You will: be conversant with engineering and quality principles (e.g. SPC, Gauge R&R, DoE, sampling plans etc.); be familiar with a range of measuring and inspection equipment, and be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications; have excellent computer skills; good ISO9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems knowledge; have strong statistical knowledge with advanced use of statistical software (e.g. Minitab). There is a limited amount of travel required within the UK and internationally.
