Projects and Applications Manager. £45k - £50k + Bonus, car. Ref: M3675. Cambridgeshire - relocation available.

    An exciting opportunity to join a UK manufacturer who is award winning and a market leader. As the head of UK projects you will develop your team to enhance both technical and commercial knowledge, ensuring close integration with colleagues in sales and other business units.  A natural leader, your background will be delivery focussed, with experience in continuous improvement and a feel for the provision of efficient engineering solutions to complex customer problems. You will liaise closely with sales management and service management to ensure all projects are completed on time.  Customer industries include pharmaceutical, food and beverage, FMCG, packaging to name a few.      We are looking for experience that includes: resource planning; project and programme management / methodology; commercial awareness; decisiveness; change management - knowledge of industrial coding and marking technology is an advantage but not essential. Project Management of mixed technology capital equipment into these / similar industries will be advantageous.     Excellent packages are on offer including: car / car allowance; managerial bonus; pension; healthcare; share options and more.
