    We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturer - with strong process improvement (lean / six sigma) and modern manufacturing skills, you will oversee the production / operations, quality and purchasing functions. You will design and implement a continuous improvement program and develop short, medium and long term plans for the different areas of the business. You will identify and update training programs for colleagues; liaise with key customers and play an active role in board level meetings.
