Operations Manager. £48k - £55k neg + Benefits.

   An exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing UK manufacturer. We are looking for good lean manufacturing (six sigma) experience and good management and mentoring skills. The role involves working with the production and technical teams to ensure smooth flow through the factory; oversee Health & Safety and quality control; work closely with the project teams whilst liaising with sales, finance and logistics.

  This is a fast paced and growing environment - you will need good communication skills and strong computer literacy (excel / word / outlook / project planning software).
