Ideally you will have previous experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing / test environment and will be familiar with six sigma, lean methodology, DFM and NPI. You will be responsible for process improvements and project management in your area of the business.
Products range in production volume from low to medium and are exported around the world into a wide variety of industries, so work is diverse with a focus on continuous improvement.
