First Line Manager / Manufacturing. Circa £40k (Neg) + OT.

    A new role and exciting opportunity to join a well-established business that manufactures 24 / 7, Monday to Friday with some production and operations over weekends. The environment is fast paced (similar to FMCG) and produces circa 200 million units a year that are shipped out to customers globally. We are looking for people with good leadership and communication skills; happy to take the initiative and lead - responsibilities will cover: manufacturing / production, printing, packaging and warehousing. This is very much a factory floor (manufacturing environment); a hands-on leadership role where you will help maintain and facilitate productivity and quality.
   The role is shift based (6 to 2, 2 to 10, 10 to 6) with overtime. You will need previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment, and be able to show relevant engineering / manufacturing qualifications / certifications.
