    Our well established client is looking for you! As the Engineering Manager you will direct all engineering areas including: site and infrastructure maintenance, design and project management teams, automation and control systems, H&S and fire prevention systems, and help with the creation of continuous improvement programmes across production and operations. Whilst driving KPI’s you will also help develop and grow a successful manufacturing team.

   As well as your great team building experience, you will bring: previous experience of managing multi-discipline engineering teams; management of large scale projects; engineering design; experience of relevant business management systems in a manufacturing environment.

  Engineering and manufacturing qualifications are highly desirable – salary is negotiable depending on your experience – benefits are excellent and include bonus schemes, generous holiday and pension.
