Building / Facilities Technician. ££’s Market rate. 12 Month Contract.

Ref: M3946. Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Reigate, Dorking, Haywards Heath.

     We are seeking an experienced building services engineer / facilities technician, ideally with an electrical bias. Monday to Friday; days; this a 12 month FTC / contract role. Buildings and facilities maintenance, with some work performed alongside manufacturing colleagues. We would like to see some relevant electrical qualifications and some electro-mechanical experience. Responsibilities will include: fire, gas, air, lighting, heating, power, security etc. Some minor project and installation work and the managing of sub-contractors will also be part of the job requirements.
